Ian Gawler – Meditation and Contemplation Online Course
Meditation and Contemplation
The 8 unit, online, self-study program with Ian Gawler
What if deepening your meditation could quietly change the way you experience your day?
What if you could live with more clarity, peace, and confidence?
In this eight-part course, Ian Gawler offers a path to explore these possibilities – step by step.
Taught by Ian Gawler, a pioneer in meditation and contemplation, this program is practical, inspiring, and designed for real life.
Learn at your own pace. Revisit whenever you need.
Each of the 8 units includes approximately 80 minutes of video content, presented by Ian himself.
You will also receive written materials to support and expand your understanding.
Life can be unpredictable. Sometimes we need to go at our own rhythm. That is why you will have unlimited access to the course.
And you can come back to it whenever you need grounding or inspiration.
What makes this course unique?
• Practical wisdom for everyday life
Ups and downs are part of being human.
What matters is how we respond.
Ian shares timeless insights and practices to help you meet life’s joys and challenges with steadiness and clarity.
• A trusted teacher with decades of experience
With over 45 years of teaching, Ian brings both depth and warmth to his guidance.
His storytelling, humour and real-world examples make each lesson memorable and deeply personal.
What you will learn:
Meditation
More than a technique, meditation is a pathway to inner peace and resilience.
You will learn Mindfulness-Based Stillness Meditation, which unfolds in five clear stages:
Preparation -> Relaxation -> Mindfulness -> Awareness -> Stillness
Each stage builds on the one before, leading you gently toward connection with your deeper self.
Contemplation
At the heart of this course is contemplation – a practice that reliably brings insight, clarity, and a calm confidence in decision-making.
For many, it has been transformational.
How to access the course
This program is currently available exclusively to members of The Meditation Community – an online meeting place for meditators and teachers that provides access and support to learn, practice, and grow together.
