Meditation Teacher Training - CONTEMPLATION (Module 2)

In this 5 day residential Meditation Teacher Training with Drs Ruth and Ian Gawler learn to deliver a 4 week course focussing upon contemplation

Mental clarity, heightened intuition, better decision making, exciting new levels of creativity. Contemplation is a reliable pathway to all of this, while it also increases confidence and fosters inner contentment. Yet little is written specifically on how to practise it, and trainings in how to teach it are rare indeed.

Ian and Ruth Gawler have been teaching this program for quite some years and we are delighted to be able to offer it once more. The training will be supported by a detailed facilitator’s manual.

A Certificate of Completion confirming you have completed 40 hours of face to face meditation teacher training will be provided at the conclusion of the program.

This is another wonderful opportunity to deepen your own meditation practice and become equipped to better help others learn to train their minds and meditate.

Learn to deliver an 8 week course focussing upon meditation at this 5 day residential Meditation Teacher Training

This training will enable you to deliver an eight-week Mindfulness-based Stillness Meditation Course from a facilitator’s manual. A manual will be provided with the course and you will also receive a certificate of completion.

  • - Learn reliable and practical evidence-based techniques to reduce anxiety and depression to reclaim your joy from within
  • - You'll be able to press the 'pause' button and re-set your nervous system by learning the rest and digest response. Reboot and review.
  • - Have help with detoxifying the body using a plant-based whole-food diet - the best of therapeutic nutrition.
  • - Develop an easier relationship with your thoughts and emotions and find more ease, kindness and joy with yourself.
  • - Learn evidence-based alternatives: mindfulness and meditation, complementary therapies for managing mental health - depression and anxiety.
  • - Access your own inner wisdom and understanding.
  • - Give yourself the opportunity to be supported and assisted by experienced facilitators and like-minded company whilst you find the time and space to re-set your compass. Working out what to leave behind and how to move forward.
  • - Participants will be further supported through this life-changing retreat by the calming and conducive natural forest environment, purpose-built retreat facilities, contemplative spaces, daily fresh juices, and deeply nourishing plant-based wholefoods at the Yarra Valley Living Centre.
